OUR REFUND POLICY

Thanks for purchasing our products at Life Beyond Limits.  Life Beyond Limits is owned and operated by Life Beyond Limits Pty Ltd.

Due to the nature of our business and the products and services we provide, it is suggested that you choose them carefully as items received and services rendered and delivered in good faith are not eligible for a refund, unless otherwise stipulated on the specific webpage you purchased from.

If an item is considered faulty, to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. The item must unopened and in its original condition.

If our products arrived damaged in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.

OUR COACHING CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that once you have booked an appointment or a coaching session or sessions with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than [24 hours] before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a [penalty/fee/rebooking charge of [$50].

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least [24 hours] prior to your appointment.

If you wish to cancel a series of coaching sessions you must pay for all sessions that you have received and must give us 48 hours notice prior to your next session. Unused coaching sessions can be cancelled without penalty.

OUR TRAINING CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that once you have enrolled in a training course with us it means that we have given you access to our full program. If you cancel your enrollment within 7 days, you can gain a full refund and you will be subject to a [penalty/fee/administration charge of [$50].

We do not accept cancellations after 7 days of purchase.
