Option B is a scaled-down amount of personal coaching to get you moving towards your goals by removing your neural blocks and barriers to success.

Coaching blocks can take from one to two hours, depending upon issues and goals raised during the sessions and can be conducted anywhere that has good internet access using Zoom technologies.
