Can anyone learn NLP?

What is NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)?

What can NLP help me with?

Do I need any prior experience to start NLP training?
No. NLP training starts with foundational concepts and builds progressively, making it suitable for complete beginners. We suggest starting with our Life Coach + NLP Practitioner Training and then advancing to our Master Coach + Master NLP Practitioner Training. You can then progress further to Speaker Training and then if you would like to teach others NLP, then you can progress with NLP Trainer Training.

Is NLP scientifically proven?
NLP is a practical methodology focused on results. While not all NLP models come from academic psychology, many techniques align with well-established principles in neuroscience, cognitive psychology, and behavioural science.

How long does it take to learn NLP?
You can begin applying NLP techniques immediately. Practitioner-level competence is typically developed over several weeks through structured training and practice.

What is NLP Practitioner training?
NLP Practitioner training teaches the core models, techniques, and applications of NLP, enabling you to use NLP effectively in your own life and with others.

Is NLP only for coaches or therapists?
No. NLP is used by professionals in business, education, sales, leadership, health, parenting, and personal development, as well as individuals who want to improve their own lives.

Can NLP be learned online?
Yes. NLP training online is highly effective when delivered experientially, allowing you to learn and practise skills from the comfort of your own home.

How much time does NLP training require each week?
Our online NLP programs require around 2–3 hours per week, making it easy to fit into a busy schedule.

Will NLP training help me make lasting change?

Is NLP a form of therapy?
Yes. While most people learn NLP as a personal development and communication methodology. More Life Coaches, Healers and Therapists are learning NLP, however, while it can be therapeutic, it is not a replacement for clinical therapy or medical treatment.

How is NLP different from traditional psychology?
NLP focuses on how people think and behave rather than why. It is practical, action-oriented, and designed to create change quickly. In saying that, more and more psychologists, psychiatrists and therapists are learning NLP as it allows them to deliver a form of positive psychology that many forms of mental therapies miss.

What will I actually learn in NLP training?
